Very poor recption skills - phoned up to get information for some work...and a quote and was told quite abrouptly that i could not talk to someone there and then and that they would call me back. The lady was very hostile and gressive with tone, manner i think she said her name was gene (name and shame) to which i said i wanted to speak with soemoen less agressive and rude and she hung up. End result-they lose business! Now dealing with a fantastic company. Pays to look elsewhere....
